Our Bird in Hand Sparkling Wine 750ml is a premium Australian sparkling rosé crafted in the Adelaide Hills. Made predominantly from Pinot Noir and carefully harvested and blended from select vineyard parcels.

On the nose, expect bright strawberry and citrus blossom aromas followed by a lively palate of cherry, raspberry and subtle floral notes.
