How Frequently Do You Deliver?

We offer flower delivery services every day from our Mount Coolum store on the Sunshine Coast. Our reliable and efficient delivery service ensures your beautiful blooms will be delivered safely and on time.

Can I Order Flowers in Advance?

Yes, you can order flowers in advance and specify a delivery date in the future. This is a great option for occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries or holidays.

Do You Offer a Flower Subscription?

Yes, we offer a flower subscription service that allows you to receive fresh, seasonal blooms on a regular basis. Subscriptions can be tailored to your individual needs and preferences, including delivery frequency and bloom type. Are You Able to Deliver to Businesses and/or Hospitals?

Yes, we can deliver flowers to businesses and hospitals. To ensure your delivery is successful, please provide as much information as possible, including the business name or ward/room number where applicable.

Remember that many larger businesses and hospitals may have a policy for deliveries to be left with reception or at a mailroom for passing on. In these cases, our driver will leave as instructed in line with their policy. We cannot take responsibility if the gift was subsequently not passed on by reception, mailroom staff or a co-worker who accepted it on behalf of the recipient, but if you are unsure that your gift was received, we’d be happy to follow it up with the recipient – just ask!

What Happens if the Recipient isn't Home at the Time of Delivery?

If there is a safe place (which we use sensible discretion in deciding) to leave the delivery. However, if this is not possible then we’ll do our best to get in touch with either you or the recipient (if you’ve left us instructions to do so) to try and arrange alternate delivery plans.

Unfortunately, should it be necessary for us to re-route or reschedule the delivery,
then a fee equal to the standard local delivery rate for that suburb may be charged.
