Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be issued under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If your flowers or products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Incorrect Order: If the items you received are not what you ordered, please let us know within 24 hours.

Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered on the scheduled date due to an error on our part.

Exclusions

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds in the following cases:

• Customer provides incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

• Delivery is attempted but no one is available to accept the order.

• Seasonal flowers may vary slightly due to availability, but substitutions will always match the quality and value of your chosen arrangement.

Refund Process

1. Contact our team at Elsie & Oak 07 5473 9178 within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order number.

• Clear photos of the issue

2. Once your claim is reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome.

3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and funds will be credited to your original payment method.

Cancellations

• Orders cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund.

• Orders cancelled within 12 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund, as arrangements may already be in production.
